Free Climbing – for lowers of this activity in Brela and vicinity there are 70 trails 4a-7c. About 30 minutes drive from Brela, in Omis, free climbing at the estuary of river Cetina is very popular.

Mounting Climbing – The mountain of Biokovo which towers above Brela and Makarska Riviera, provides for numerous hiking possibilities as well as climbing to the very top of Sveti Jure (St. Geroge) at 1600 meters.
